It doesn't matter what's on the exterior. The interior matters more.

That's how it is.

I mean, people will really look at your appearance first before all else.
Let's face it, we're surrounded by stereotypes. EVERYWHERE.
No kidding.

You ever heard of the phrase,"The appearance captures the eye but the personality captures the heart?"
I find it, bullshit.

The first time I saw Shah, he didn't even capture my eye at all.
It's when he started talking, that's when it captures all of me.
NOT literally of course.

I saw that glimpse of personality from him and yeah, I thought to myself,"He's not bad at all, aye?"
At that point of time, I didn't have any interest on having him more than a bandmate.
Yes, not even a friend.

It's how I choose my friends as well.
Though my brother kept ranting that all of my exes were good looking people, until we broke up.
HAHAHA
They just, transformed?

I don't trust myself on something that captures my eye.
I won't pursue.
Because I damn well know, it's not going to work out.

Similarly to me choosing my friends (Yes, I'm very choosy), I have them to talk first.
All of my friends will remember the first time I met them.
I IMMEDIATELY interrogate and dig everything I need out of them.
There's this some kind of a list I have that I'll check every time I receive a response.

I kinda know what to expect but for Shah, he gave me answers that I don't expect.
To most of the questions. Not all.

It bogs down the same to business.
You may deem it as worthless immediately when you heard of the concept.
Let me get this straight to the point.
For example, MLM.
Which most of them holds a ponzi scheme and the pyramid concept.
But Singapore is a lawful country. Everything has its legislation, right?
So for Network Marketing (the appropriate term for the business), there's an organisation called DSA (Direct Selling Association). For Singapore, it's DSAS.

People got on so quick to judge it by the rumours they heard.
Stereotypes, as I've mentioned.
They never put a foot down to find out.
If the company is registered under DSAS, is it illegal then?
If you think it's not going to work, have you done it before?
If you have, just know that every company is unique and their strategy differs..
It just needs your simple step of walking forward to find out.
Do comparisons to whatever you've found out then decide.
Or must I say, judge?

I ever read a post from a blogger on why she rejects the idea of Network Marketing.
My only thought while reading the long post was,"Does she have any experience running a business with them?"

One do not simply judge men by just after the few (or many) heartbreaks they've experienced throughout their lives. Why?
Because each and everyone of them are unique.
Of course there are basic terms to their habits that none of us can deny.
But have you ever seen comments such as,"You talk as if you've slept with all the men in the world."
Mentioning all men are "the same" doesn't serve justice.
Having men to say "all women are the same" serves no justice either.

SAME GOES WITH THE NETWORK MARKETING CONCEPT.

Each company is unique.
Maybe you've failed in the previous ones but you haven't experience all.
You need more research and learning to do to find a suitable one for you.

I believe businesses with Network Marketing provides freedom for people.
It's the motivation and drive that most lack on.
Some prefers to stay on a job to play safe.
Some are willing to take risks to earn more than a 'safe' job.
Some just wants freedom so bad, they're willing to change their lifestyle.

If you want change, YOU CHANGE.

Same goes for relationships.
You get into one, not suitable, you leave.
You get heartbroken, you got it mended, then you find a better one.
If it still doesn't suits you, you leave again.
The cycle goes on until you find the right one.
Am I wrong? I doubt so.

Network Marketing is not for everyone but I believe that the products are beneficial as well as the one you find on the shelves from the store.
The business may not suit everybody.
However, it's not impossible though the tide is higher and things will get tough.
But bear in mind, in every hardships that you go through, it'll be worth it.

I'm working with children, I teach, I coach and I lead a team of teachers.
I run businesses myself and my time is scarce.
With all these commitments, I know I will have more time in future unless I choose to stay in the 'safe zone' of just being an employee.
Be motivated, inspire yourself and the people around you.

Fear is your enemy and it is a part of you.
You take charge of it and channel it on the right places, not the other way around.

Ok bye
